while soloing to get lone wolf I got many gold melee on bronze.

Has anyone figured out the following?:


-It says any map, but due to the description I assume we have to be fighting Reapers as the enemy type?

-Do you have to beat the match?  Do you get the pack as soon as the medal is earned by a Krogan or do you have to wait until the match is complete?

-Full extraction required?  Krogan extraction requrired?

I really wish they would just start listing these events like this:
(I have no idea if this is correct or not, just an example)

Map Required: None
Enemey Group: Reapers
DIfficulty Requried:Any
Full Extraction:No
Match Complete:No
Goal: An allied Krogan must earn a gold melee medal to win the entire team a comendation pack.

I don't do solo runs or headbutt all the time so not operation to me this weekend. I did like the old system you know week 1 operation, week 2 no, then again week 3 yes.

Every weekend is gonna be tiresome and if this is how we gonna do this...not so into it. But mayby we get more team style challenges, or that one or two in team do the stuff not everyone.

I got about 45 on solo bronze (cerberus). (I suck at solo-ing too) made it to wave 6 and died. So with some practice it should be doable.

The only thing that's unclear is if a full extraction is required

For me this is a new challenge in the challenge system, valid only this weekend. But it is no substitution for the weekend operation, in which all have to work together in the one or other way.

As we joined forces in the war for the survival of our homelands we furtheron should have these oerations. These give the feeling of working as a team, especially if you have goals like "at least one volus has to be in the squad" or "only squads with both Asari and Vorcha" or "only engineers teams" ...

Such kind of operation increases the team spirit, the co-op thinking of this game and such goals are the ones, that at least for me have the most fun.

I think you're being too optimistic. BioWare redesigned two levels that were not only available from Day 1 but were also in the demo because of "artistic integrity", to the detriment of members of the community.

Did anybody else notice that the challenge seems to be starting later in the day than usual? I vaguely recall them starting at 10am PST, but this one looks like it'll start at 1pm PST.

It's the same start time... For me (CST) it's every friday at noon.. and in 40 mins and change it will be noon on friday..

Easily possible, just exploit objective waves and the fact that as long as you haven't finished the objective, enemies will keep respawning. Obviously a lot easier if you get a pizza, 4 devices or escort than kill 4 targets as those start on quite short timers.

I did a test run of this on Firebase White, Cerberus and Bronze and managed 50 melee kills in little over 10 minutes with a Krogan Sentinel. No equipment and a shotgun with the bayonet for extra melee damage (you could use a pistol with the stunner mod) for overkill

Restart the game in 36 minutes when the challenge is aactive and I'm guessing you'll see something.
