Im in! Can`t wait! )) I think its not very hard. Just equip lvl III Melee damage , melee mode for your gun , and there is no problem for any caracter , expecially Krogan ! ;DD

You do not have to go solo and you have to use a Krogan, just get 3 other Krogans and headbutt into victory!

This is so cheap. I just had a run with level 1 kroguard without gear on bronze. Boring. Way too easy. Where is the "challenge"?

well , i think i have a better picture now.
Bioware is pushing us to get knowing the assets of the game better.
The changes suggest to get knowing the characters,the weapons ,the powers.
Now we are having not a race challenge, but a solo one.
What will be next a AJ solo (that would be nice btw, i got pretty good on that)?
Or maybe we are preparing for something like massive multiplayer ?

BTW i will try to solo.For first time.....

I just did a solo Bronze run with my Kroguard on Ghost... And I got backstabbed by a Phantom at the end of the 10th wave. But I had the 50 melee kills medal at wave 6. Does it still count? Because I don't see any Commendation Pack in my store yet.

I will try this with my krogan soldier (the only krogan I've got). I don't think I'll be able to do it on silver, since that would probably just result in me dying every 10 seconds, I'll have to go with bronze. Anyone know if it's really possible to get in a public bronze game? Or can anyone recommend map/enemies if I have to try a solo (never tried soloing before)?

I have a question about the fortification;

"Fortification
Reinforce armor using protective Foucault currents. Purge the current and send its charge to your gauntlets for increased melee damage. Slows power use by 50%."

Does that mean a permanent upgrade to melee whilst the fortification is active, or do you only get the increased melee after you deactivate the fortification?

I don't understand why you say it has to be done solo. 50 kills in a game with full squad is pretty common if you have a good damage dealer like Geth Engineer. Sometimes I even get 75 kills.
To me it seems even easier on melee characters like Shadow or Krogan because in most cases one hit = one kill. Just don't give your teammates enough time to kill your targets

Thank goodness for these forums: After reading the challenge I thought I need finish all three N7HQ melee challenges (1,2 and 3) this weekend. That would've been a bit too much. But this, this is a walk in the park. Too much so.

A more fun challenge would've been a challenge for an all krogan team to finish any map with no weapons and no offensive powers. Yeah.

I daily hit 75 kills every time on silver and gold with my Krogan Soldier and/or Sentinel. And my main weapon is my melee in rage mode.

So....yes it can be done with randoms.

In general, the easiest solo melee on bronze is Glacier (for the close quarters)/Geth (no insta-kills).

I doubt there will be issues getting the medal (I mean, 50 kills should be easy, especially on bronze).

As a Bronze-only player who has never even attempted to solo a map before, can someone suggest a good map/enemy combination for me to try and get this with? I'll be using a Kroguard (my only Krogan character) specced for melee obviously, Cheers!

Yup, my first ever solo was Glacier/Geth/Gold with Kroguard.Easy as hell. Yup I said it...
I honestly think hell would be easy. With all those Pyros it sure felt warm enough... lol

Well, I suppose it does say individual goal...so those who can solo are laughing, and those who can't are screwed. Not a great MP goal when the best way is solo.

I'm thinking Krogan Shaman and using the Shockwave/melee combo like the Batarian Sentinel.
