This is easy. Even on gold this isn't very challenging.

Solo it is it seems. I prefer the krogan sentinel for melees since they better at handling crowds with Lift Grenades, but any krogan can do this easily. Maybe I'll do it with the shaman.

You are obviously doing it wrong. Krogan Sentinel for all melee and you will top the scoreboard in public Gold games by just using heavy melee.

What's with all the solo mumbo jumbo? I guess if you want to get it by wave three or less than ten minutes, but if you're good at hitting the melee button you can get it otherwise.

Challenges are individual.  Your medal, your accomplishment.

I´m sorry, but this isn´t really fair.. I don´t have a Krogan, none of them, so basically i´m screwed?!! And you can´t say it´s my fault for not having them, cause the Store is (pretty) random. For example, i have all the N7 (Shadow, Fury, etc..), but still no Krogan......

just remeber guys pick the lighest weapon you can find{ regardless of damage so that you can charge more}

I don't understand why there is no Silver Card Krogan. The two original Krogan were both Gold Cards. Makes sense.

I was thinking the same thing. Would it work if we had one designated meleeing Krogan, and the rest of us stripped enemy shields and stasised or submission netted enemies for said Krogan to bash? I've often wondered how people could not understand some of the operation requirements in the past. I won't be thinking the same thing this time.

P.S. For those wondering why there's no overall community challenge listed, maybe you should go back and read all the posts complaining about previous community challenges and how worthless both they and the rewards we get for them are. I've read so many posts where people flat out stated they wouldn't participate because the rewards for them personally weren't good enough. Unfortunately, it looks like Bioware has read a bunch of those too. So, thanks for that. Some of us actually enjoyed them.

i do not like this at all - i mean, we pushed evil chris for so many weeks to get us more details on the weekend-challenges that we finally even had got a countdown-timer for it on the BW-websites - and now sombody else tells us about the WE-OPs and pretty much just like: "between the 19th and 21st - get yours a melee gold medal folks!" 
- waiiiit, do we really need to do all this work like on chris with you again NPlewes ? OK! - then here it goes: lets start with something easy - at least post the exact timing for the OP 
(in pacific-how-ever-you-north-americans-state-the-time-time and in GMT) 
in your OP-announcement posts if you BW-guys seem to not use the countdown-timer for it anymore right now please... .

My mate and I were doing 2 man silver runs with a Krogan and a Vorcha. We both got 50+ melee kills. Plenty for everyone!
