Naa... I"ll sit this one out. Bad enough having kroguards B-charging in front of you & stealing your kill in the PUGs. Now they have a goal. No way will this be any fun or rewarding to other character players.

On silver and up there should be enough enemies for everyone to hit 50 I'd think. That said, people could play two games tops and a four player squad can get it done if everyone is courteous... ok I admit that isn't necessarily going to be the case for everyone.

Biotic Charge is not a melee kill, sorry. Only the headbut and the Krogan Charge (heavy melee).

Challenges are individual.  Your medal, your accomplishment.

Ok, I have two points here.

1. I've called people out in the past for having mangled and complained about some fairly plain and well described operation details in the past. This one isn't just vague, it's completely misleading when you say everyone in the squad gets a commendation pack. That is simply not the case apparently.

2. Bioware has developed a wonderful CO-OP mp. Now, this challenge pretty much forces you to either solo the match or be the jerk that pisses everyone else off. The only other option (which I'll probably be using) is to team up with a buddy and take turns. The first match I'll help strip shields away and weaken enemies so he can melee them, and the next match he'll do the same for me. Either way, forget about PUGs or anything resembling a full squad.

If you read it, it doesn't say anything about making 50 melee kills to get this medal all it says is play with the Krogan character. So i don't understand why you guys are mentioning you have to get 50 melee kills. So Im thinking just do melee kills in general you get the gold medal as the prize.

Squad Goal: Earn one gold melee-medal fighting as a krogan on any map at any difficulty.

Gold melee-medal = 50 melle kills

You're not serious are you? It clearly means the gold medal for melee in a match which requires you to get 50 melee kills in a match.

From the OP: Earn one gold melee-medal fighting
as a krogan on any map at any difficulty.

It requires 50 melee kills to get the melee gold medal.

Not sure if blind or dyslexic.

If you haven't noticed, they upped the amount of melee kills needed to recieve the in-game medals related to melee kills. You now need 50 in order to recieve the gold one.

Bleh, this is too easy and does seem to go against the cooperative spirit of previous weekends. Operation Savage was so much fun. But I see no incentive to do this with any other players.
