2. No. This is false. Incredibly false. It is very easy to get the melee medals in a public game. Team usually isn't in the way when your going to go smash some mooks around. Krogan sentinel used to be the best for this kind of thing, but now with the Kroguard's Rage working correctly and his ability to instantly restore shields, he's arguably the best for it. Either Krogan, you only need to get one heavy melee kill to be able to kill all Cerberus/Geth mooks in one "MMMMRAAAAAAWWWWW!" Bring along something to stun and damage Phantoms (Acolyte is awesome for this now) if your going up against Cerberus and your good to go.

3. Only way I can see not getting this is if there are more than two Krogan in the match. Other than that, should be smooth sailing.

How many enemies spawn on bronze?  Silver may be the safer way to go incase we accidentally kill some enemies with charge.  BC kill doesn't count as melee does it?

Maybe, but how often do you see a squad of four Krogans all getting 50 melee kills in the same match? That's the co-op breaking element to the challenge. If everyone plays as a Krogan and runs around trying to steal everyone else's kills, it makes it a bit more difficult for anyone to get 50 melee kills.

Totally agree.  I cant see a everyone reaching the goal with a 4 Krogan squad.  Maybe 2

I wonder...If you DO have an actual squad...and one person gets the 50 Melee kills, does EVERYONE in the match get the comm pack?

I'll join, if I understand the wording correctly, only one of us needs the Gold Medal...

If you do bronze it won't be hard. Try to charge in to shielded opponents like Centurians or Nemisi, as your charge will only stagger them leaving them ready for your melee. Even if you're specced for area charge, you'll only stagger the unshielded guys around them if your original target was the shielded one.

But there are way over 50 enemies for you to melee to death, even if you end up killing a bunch with charge.

Actually, your point 3 is what I was talking about. Multiple players playing melee happy Krogans will most likely mean failure for everyone. That, and I've made a point of stealing kills from melee happy Krgoans in the past when I saw them repeatedly come up and melee enemies I've taken down to a bar or two of health. I don't typically have a problem with "kill stealing" as long as the enemy ends up dead, but when taken to extremes it just gets to be annoying.

You don't need it, especially if you're doing Bronze.  Use a Krogan Sentinel, and max out Tech Armor for Damage Reduction and Melee bonus.  I usually spec Rage for a mix of Health and Melee bonuses.  Equip whatever weapons you want (as long as they have melee mods), because weight doesn't mean anything.  Once you're in Rage, you can literally one-hit just about anything other than a Prime/Banshee/Brute/Atlas with your heavy melee.

Hi there. I'm on XBox and I play any difficulty. Usually Gold or Silver, but not exclusively.
(I promote the crap out of every class so what I can use on Gold and Plat varies regularly.)

Exactly. With so many new Kits, the original ones should receive a "downgrade" to silver, to make it easier to get.

I agree with that, too, but that's a whole other issue, lol. I actually think all the originals, plus a few of the DLC character should go to Silver. I have a friend that just got the game last month and he will NEVER catch up

I honestly don´t understand why they (BW) don´t do it. We have some uncommon, some common, and then a bazillion Rare characters! So unbalanced and unfair.....
