This.  Collectors are extremely overpowered and need toned down.

Praetorians need to lose 20-30% HP

Scions need to lose 20-30% HP

Seeker swarms need to lose HP.  Maybe 30-40%

I don't have a problem with their health, just the amount of damage their units can do, it's ridiculous.

If you get caught in a crossfire between a Scion, 2 Captains, a PosAbom and a Praetorian on Gold, you're screwed.

Getting caught by the crossfire of that many units from any enemy will leave you screwed just the same.

I am probably in the minority
1. Geth- easiest by far, NO SYNC KILLS, never a problem for me
2. Collectors- next easiest, once you've played them a few times they are not bad
3. Cerberus- I have the worst luck w/phantoms hiding around corners and sync killing me
4. Reapers- toughest, the Banshee wailing always seems to distract me

no sir you are not ... im right there with you ... phantoms and banshees are a pita for me too

This.

It's fine for the different factions to have different difficulties but the Collectors on Bronze are like Cerberus on SIlver. That can't be right.

Trust me it is very right. and For the other factions on bronze, buff them to Collector standards.

You realize ( I posted this a few posts ago at that) that Bronze [possessed] Scions have more health than Gold Brutes right?  That would mean giving enemies on Bronze more Health than they have on Silver, even (almost) Gold levels.

Then what would enemies have to be buffed to on Silver/Gold?  Buffing the other factions would cause a HORRIBLE power creep.

Remember sensible weapon buffs to enemy buffs.

For example, On bronze buff all enemies to Collectors level first. Same for all tiers afterwards.

The Weapons to Enemy

Common Weapons:Bronze
UnCommon Weapons:Silver
Rare Weapons:Gold
Ultra Rare Weapons: Platinum

Side Note: Enemies should be hard.

All your suggestion would do is cause a never ending power creep.

The problem is that the Scion which is supposed to be the second toughest unit to the praetorian spawns in twos and is actually more dangerous than the praetroian. The Scion makes Geth Primes look easy.

As a person that plays mostly bronze and silver I don't even want the units themselves toned down. They just have to do two things.

1) Cut the Scion spawns to one instead of two.
2) Slow the units speed down.

Last night had a game agaisnt Cerberus on silver on the benning hazard level with acid rain and it was easier than a bronze game a bit later with the collectors on rio.

Had a game on reactor against collectors with an inexperienced group. I had to use all of my rockets and about 3 medigels just to get the objectives done. We wiped on the extraction wave.

I'm glad someone else is having these kinds of problems. I've been instantaneously killed by collectors, one shot, full shields and health gone. It's completely absurd. I don't care how amazingly awesome you are at ME, there is no way to counter against a one shot death.

Collectors are tough, true, but they're better balanced all-round than the Geth at the moment. They're a challenge, but a fair one.

Having your shield stripped by a Scion and sync-killed by a Praetorian is a harsh way to go, but it's nothing that situational awareness and/or use of consumables can't prevent.

It all depends on the class I am playing. Vorcha soldier can wipe the floor with Collectors on bronze/silver no problem (I don't play much gold). Fury on the other hand, ouch. The Scion's cannon is way to powerful, but other than that, I like the Collectors.

I see that people are complaining about the Scions health as well. That really doesn't seem like an issue to me. All you have to do is pop the sac on his shoulder. That takes a huge chunk out of it's health.

And remember, collectors have huge heads.  It's not that difficult to make almost every shot a head shot.

If phantoms had 8 times their curremt health andd were armored so you couldn't CC them, they would be challenging too. Collector difficulty is artifical. Pump those numbers enough and anything can wreck you. Not a believer? Guess which faction turned from "lol geth" to "cheap geth" thanks to the above.

Also, why bring in the huge head argument, when the issue is not with the troopers? Besides, all the bossese have weakpoints now.

What do huge health armored Phantoms have to do with anything?  Of course they would be harder like that.  But Scions are slow, and they don't stealth.

I brought up the heads because it means that it is relatively easy to clear the area of troopers so that you don't have to worry about them while taking on the Scions/Preatorians.

I like the collectors the way they are. I have been scoring better against them for some reason. Now that I've said it I'm probably going to have my back side handed to me from now on. But if any changes are made I'd prefer...

Leave scions spawning in pairs and slow their rate of fire, reduce the damage per shot, or give an indication of where they are aiming.

Sorry, but I had to lol. This is exactly the opposite for me. Image IPB

The only thing about the Reapers that really give me trouble is when I'm fighting a Brute and suddenly I'm grabbed from behind by a Husk, giving the Brute enough time to charge and kill me.

Cerberus is fine, as well. Pretty much just the Phantoms that I avoid like the plague, unless I'm playing my N7 Shadow. Then I go hunting. Image IPB

The Collectors, as has been mentioned are the trickiest on bronze, but I don't find them as bad on other difficulties as some of the other factions are.

The Geth are easily the worst for me. Hunters constantly sneaking up on me, Pyros stripping my shields, and now the bombers occasionally coming out of nowhere and obliterating me because I'm caught in Prime/Hunter induced stunlock. Yeah, they're easily the ones I find the most difficult.

I don't think you're in the minority, though. I've heard plenty of people in-game complaining about how much harder the Collectors are.
