I am about to get to my second specialization and I need help deciding which to take and the reamaining skills later.

I took beserk as my first.

I have all 4 of the first tier of warrior talents

I have all 4 of the berserker talents

In dual wield I have:

1st row all 4

2nd row 2

3rd all 4 of them

Should I go Champion or Templar? I am leaning towards champion for war cry (all 4)

after that I am thiinkin of picking up archery I guess, any suggestions?

Who else is in your party? Are you the tank? If you're the tank, go Templar, otherwise bo Champion.

Might want to look at reaver though.

Champion's one of the best specs in the game. Get all 4, you won't be disappointed.
After that, I'd say get the last 2 DW talents before investing in another line, Punisher is actually pretty useful.

Who else is in your main party? Do you run with Alistair tanking for the party? Then make him Champion at his level 14 and enjoy all the benefits of War Cry etc. Meanwhile, take Templar for yourself so you can wear Spell Resist gear and reach 100% spell resist.

Would Picking up archery be worth it when I max out champion and dual weapon feats?

Bers and reaver is the best DW warrior spec + the blood spell from Wardens keep. You will do with about 70 str 100+ normal hits with swords (starfang / keening ) on both hands, and there is little need for using skills at that point. Just make sure you have 36 dex for hit.

Punisher is awesome. Tons of damage and a knockdown. After riposte and whirlwind, my third favorite talent in that line. For mages I open with a riposte, when the stun wears off I hit them with punisher. Unless they're a boss, they won't be getting up from that.

Overall dual wield is a very nice talent set.

I would go Templar assuming you have Alistair go Champion, as noted above.

And if you haven't already get one level of poison. For dual wielders poison adds a ton of damage.

If your character is built to do straight dw damage, I'd go Zerker/Reaver. If your character is the only "heavy armor" character you every take with you, go Zerk/Champ so that you can tank effectively.
