I am not sure if my codes were redeemed or not. When I first entered them I recieved both an error message and an error message. WTF is up with that?
In the downlaodable content window in the game it shows everything downloaded but they are not on the installed content window. Is it possible to download them without redeeming the codes?
If so, how do I install them?
According to the code cards you get some items immediately but I do not see them anywhere. Can anyone help?
Some questions concerning redeemable codes...

I'm having the same problems you are. This after 8 hours of download and 2 hours of getting the **** game to take my activation code, which on the 10th try, it FINALLY did. Then I couldn't find the **** game manual, because the link to documentation leads elsewhere. Of course the game manual is sitting in the game folder, jerking off. Nice.
The stupid redeemer FINALLY took my codes, but then did nothing. No, I take it back--I think it might have farted.
Now there's no place it can find in the game where the files went and its not in the online login area. Nor in the tab area.
Click on the redeem and IT TAKES ME TO THE BROCURE THAT TRIES TO SELL ME THE DLC!! I ALREADY BOUGHT IT!!!!!
When I click on the link from THERE, YEP it takes me right back to the redeemer, only this time it errors out!!!!!
Why is the **** did I buy the CE digital download edition when I'm getting nothing for my $????
This sucks, because if I start the game and play...what happens later when I try to add this DLC....
IF I EVER GET IT?????

I bought the Deluxe version online through Steam, they were supposed to be e-mailed to me. Apparently so far I spent an extra 20 bucks for no reason at all.

I don't know what platform you are on, but on the PC, if it shows up as downloaded (middle tab) but not installed (3rd tab), click the refresh button (circular arrow) on the 1st tab to see if that gets them to install.
Once it extracts and then installs itself, it will move over to your installed tab. My little items (ring/charm/armor) downloaded, extracted, and installed automatically, but that Warden quest (300 MB download) just sat there; once I clicked the refresh, it proceeded to install. Was the timing coincidence? Maybe.
About the good/bad code thing, yeah, I got that, too, yesterday, but they have resolved the issue now; and the item I got that for (the wolf charm) was in my installed DLC tab, so obviously it did get registered even though the website said it was bad.

I got nothing. It ate my code, FARTED, then bumped me out AFTER SAYING THE CODE WAS GOOD.
But it downloaded nothing. When I re-entered my code, it gave me an error.
There is nothing in any of my tabs and yes I do have the PC version.
So here I s*it.

I heard around that the servers are flooded and all of that, and other internet problems, so maybe trying tomorrow will help.

Ok, well I have everything downloaded but it refuses to install. I clicked the refresh arrow a few times and that did nothing. Hopefully I can get some answers tomorrow or they will release a patch to fix it sometime soon.
I have the retail boxed collector's edition for PC that I ordered through the EA online store. And I am running 64-bit Windows 7. In case that makes any kind of difference or sheds any light on my situation.

Due to problems with their website, I can no longer access any of the codes I redeemed, nothing shows in the DLC and I'm stuck on this temp account I made so I could actually tell them about the problem.
Not that it's doing anything. Been 24 hours already, really, without response.

Yeah, this web site definitely needs work. I am not sure why it has this many problems. It does say Bioware Social Network "Beta" at the top of the page. It doesn't seem right that the website is in beta when the game needs it in order to be fully functional. Kind of disappointing really.
But I did switch from IE 8 over to Firefox and it seems to be a little less buggy. It might just be due to the time of night and decreased traffic. Who knows?
