Which do you guys think would be better on squad members based around ARs like ashley? Both are good in their own right but I just want to get some peoples opinions on the 2. Harrier has higher damage per shot however the typhoon has a 50% damage boost against armor,shields and barriers and natural piercing.

The Typhoons RoF also isnt that much higher than the Harrier so they're roughly in the same area there. The typhoon also has that little 3 shot warm up time before it starts doing its full RoF but I'm not exactly sure if squad members would put that to full use since they dont always shoot.

Thoughts?

I got the N7 Typhoon on Kaiden and it's a really rewarding experience.

I don't have the typhoon, but have found the harrier to be a little underwhelming... have you tried the Adas? I found it to be a beast on squadmates... Only downside is the screen shake if they fire too close to you, throws off your aim...

Typhoon. They only burst fire the Harrier but they keep shooting until the target is dead or they have to take cover with the Typhoon. Watching Javik never stop shooting Kai Leng during his shield recharge on Thessia was quite amusing. Also watching them take chunks out of Banshees is great.

Yup, Typhoon is the best squadmate Assault Rifle.
