I've encountered a strange bug where after defeating Arl Howe's men in the main hall of Castle Cousland, I cannot get to the larder. There is a locked door that cannot be picked that cannot be opened and the two alternative passages are blocked by burning rubble. I went through the dialogue where Ser Gilmore explains the situation and he's now blocking the main door with the other 2 guards.

I've tried multiple reboots and restarting the application to no avail. Any ideas?

Some people have had success getting past this glitch by reloading from the most recent autosave and making sure to wait until Ser Gilmore initiates conversation with you at the end of the battle, rather then clicking on him.
