Is there an easy wat to contact the European Bioware Store? The online support tickets take over a day to be answered.
My N7 Tech Jacket was dispatched on Tusday over a next day service, and it still hasn't arrived. I'm worried about it as it seems that the courier company they use - Hermes - is one of the most unreliable companies in the country. My tracking number also gives no information.
Is there a way to contact the European Bioware Store directly?

Serenity,
Contact service@biowarestore.com - although we process all CS tickets in the order that they are received and I cannot promise it will be any speedier

I received a response - my order was somehow accidentally shipped from the US, meaning I have no firm idea on when I'll actually receive my order and the possibility of having to pay import fees.
It's hugely annoying as things are more expensive on the European store, but I decided to buy from there specifically to avoid the hassle/wait of importing.

Serenity,
Sorry that you had an issue. The reason the cost is a bit higher, is obviously directly related to the fact that we have to export the items over to the UK and pay taxes/fees on them as well. Also, exchange rates, etc. Your items should arrive in 2-3 weeks, and you should still have a tracking number - and usually customers don't have to pay any fees...it's a very low percentage.
If you have an issue, definitely contact customer service and let them know what happened.
