I bought myself a new laptop and downloaded the game. The only issue that I am facing is that the game will not start. The launcher works but after that the game will not start. Even the .exe in bin_ship fails.
Any ideas how to fix this?

"New" is meaningless, if the video solution is typical current low quality, such as Intel's "magic", made up of smoke and mirrors.
* Recommended:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad 2.4 GHz Processor or equivalent

RAM: 2GB (4 GB Vista and Windows 7)
