Might need to pray and maybe offer a goat to get it to work?
Seriously though, maybe try repairing the install or reinstalling ME3? Other than that, I am unsure, it could be that the servers are bogged down. You could try waiting a little while before going back to it.

just bought me3. installed it this afternoon. spent the entire night trying to get this to work. still nothing.

Do(n't) feel bad you're not alone, I've been trying to load a saved game (Single Player, about 20 hours in) w/ the Extended Cut DLC for about two weeks without success. What pisses me off the most is it's a free DLC why the hell do I even need to authorize it ?
And here's the elephant in the room: ME3 isn't even that great a game to start with! Sure it's not bad, just not as good as the second installment. The only reason I even want to continue this save is to see the extended ending.
I wouldn't put too much faith in praying, EA would need a soul for it to be affected.
Y'know what ? screw this I'm just gonna go play ME2 a much, much better game that doesn't screw me over for having DLCs
