I have a very robust manifest for MP and am curious if I am allowed to sell my account. I am done with multiplayer and have almost everything maxed out and I bet there would be people out there that would love to have my manifest. Does that violate TOS? I couldn't find where it says. I know people do this with other games where they buy stuff from other players like WOW and D2/D3.

If this is "legal", what are the rules governing such a transaction. I have kept my account in good standing and wish to continue doing so which means please don't message me with any "backdoor" offers.

Can't confirm 100% how BW or EA looks at it exactly but usually this is would only be considered as a violation of the game's rules resulting in a ban if anyone of the staff ever finds out about the trade.

The problem is that you have several that you should be looking at. The most relevant ones are ORIGIN/EA 's EULA and TOS for the multiplayer aspect, on top of BSN's for the forum account.

I can almost guarantee you that transferring your account to someone else goes against the EULA for Origin, not the terms of service. Also, unless you have a separate account and bought a separate copy specifically for your Mass Effect 3 multiplayer, I can guarantee you that even if you did manage to transfer your account, ALL your EA games would go with it. Dragon Age, Awakenings, DA 2, ME 2, all of it.
