 Got it on my 4th try (servers be trolling!!!!!).  Got the Crusader IV(boo woo!!!!).  Oh well, I get another shot next weekend.  Kroguard on Giant/Bronze/Geth.  With they way the servers be trolling, this was the best course of action.  I got my melee kills in the 3 wave.  I even milked the time of the objective (devices)to get it.  What did you get and how did you get it?

I completed the challenge (gold solo), no comm pack yet. I figure it'll be there when I get back from lunch or something.

Any recommendations for completing this? I figured I'd do Bronze/Geth because I'd like to avoid insta-kills, and probably with the KSe or KV.

you should get your comm pack instantly. i got mine the second the match was over.

I did mine on White/Cerberus/Bronze with the Kroguard and got the medal before wave 6. Just make sure to have something that can shoot through Guardian shields. I passed the objective on wave 10 and was looking forward to getting another solo extraction but then I made the mistake of charging a turret... that had a Phantom next to it. Got insta-killed immediately but got my Commendation pack with Valiant IV (wanted Hurricane V but at least it's not another Eagle).

Yup, same here.  Though I hear some folks are having trouble with theirs.  Do it again just to be safe and make sure your feedback is turned on.  As for what combo, Kroguard all the way.  Use BC when you are out of shields.  I used strength enhancer with Juggy Shield and blade attachment.  The normal one, not the Omni Blade for CD purposes. Though you will hardly BC until after you get the kills.  After you get them, it's up to you to die or finish the match.

Great, I didn't get mine, although the challenge is listed as complete. Guess I'll try doing it again. Never had a problem with my commendation pack up until the last operation. I hope this doesn't turn into a trend.

Easy Krogan Sentinel Solo on bronze vs Reapers on Gaint Hazzard Map. Commendation pack with Hurricane V was there right away.

I am a proud new owner of an Eagle V (not). I was seriously hoping to get my Crusader X so i never get it again. I haven't gotten a Hurricane or Valiant since the second and third weekend challenges way back when... <_<
