I was really worried I wouldnt be able to complete this one (silver player, never soloed before). I used a krogan sentinel, bronze FB ghost vs reapers. I used the buildings for cover and tried to melee everything. Managed to get it done on the fourth wave! But I scrubbed on wave 6, couldn't disable the 4th device in time
I got through the scoreboard thing then back into my private lobby. I quit my lobbe, and the commpack was waiting for me immediately upon checking the store. Eagle II....

Crusader IV. Solo'd bronze with Kroguard. Got all the melee kills no problem. Wave 10 last enemy was Atlas. Decided to headbutt it to death. 1 bar of armor left and I get instakilled. Sat there for a second and then had to chuckle at the stupidity of it. Got the award though.

Ha, I did the same, but my final foe was a Phantom. I stupidly thought I could take her with melee attacks before stripping her barrier.

Kroguard, silver, geth, PUG match. No one else had a mike but I swear those three were holding off just a bit to give me the kills. Valiant V. Thanks for the assist randoms!

Thanks for this post, I did exactly what you did ( Kroguard/Geth/Bronze, but on Glacier ) and I milked the escort so I got the 50 melee kill on wave 3 as welll.  Unfortunately I also got the Crusader IV.

Never liked melee - so good work Bioware for forcing me to try it!

Managed to get my 50 melee kills on U/U/B against the Reapers (on Giant, I think).

Managed it by wave 10 with three other players on the map - all non-Krogan.

I used a level 1 Kroguard.  Shotgun had a melee blade (bayonet) for the 25% melee bonus.

I thought this was going to take me all weekend to get, so I was amazed to get it done at the first attempt.

I got a N7 Crusader III for my troubles.

Played on a PC.
