Some people who have completed did not instanteously received their commendation pack for operation bloodlust. We are aware of this issue and steps are already been made to ensure that you get your commendation pack.
For anyone who has not yet completed it, restart your game, and all will be working normally (ie complete the challenge and get the pack immediately).
Otherwise if you have completed it, and have visited the n7hq before 10:45 PST today you should be receiving your pack within the next few hours or so.
Re-Doing the challenge will not get you the pack, you have to wait
tl;dr: If not completed yet, restart game and then complete. If Completed and didn't get commendation pack, wait a few hours and we will get it to you.
Update: 5:00pm MST We are still working on this, note that anyone who encountered this issue I posted this thread (and did not reset their game), may not get their commendation pack until after the weekend.
Update: 6:30pm MST We have granted it to 443 people between xbox/pc/ps3. The last of the ps3 script is running, We will be reviewing more cases on Monday, for now everyone have a good weekend.
