My n7hq page says I did the challenge but the symbol isn't gold

No pack or medal for me.

Still no pack. I completed the challenge. In game i can see it but n7hq shows it as uncomplete.

It shows as complete on my n7hq home page, but is greyed out on the list of operations I did. It is completed in-game. I did not ever receive a commendation pack for my participation.

No pack either but can wait was the first go with new system so bugs happen. However still have combat mastery reset issue so fix that first pack can wait

Just checked out my game, seems I'm still missing my commendation pack, it recognises me of having completed it, put didn't unlock the reward.

Will check again tomorrow.

I did the challenge yesterday, it shows up in N7 HQ but haven't received my pack yet. Bioware you there?

you wont get your packs till monday or tuesday most likely. im in the same boat we all just have to be patient we will get the packs. and yes my n7hq says i completed the challenge but the medal is greyed out thats fine everyone needs to chill and be patient till the work week begins.

Thanks for the updates. I completed the challenge yesterday and the medal showed up for completion, but I have not received the commendation pack.

Same situation here. It has been completed and indicates such on my in-game challenges screen but on the gold symbol is still grayed out on the n7hq page here. I also didn't get a splash screen but I'm not sure if there even was one.

Don't have commendation either. Did the challenge on friday but didn't get anything. N7HQ says I completed the challenge as well

i did the challenge two time and still did not get it completion pack" i have to wait for monday i have to call back ...EA ....to see if i can get the completion pack...that is crazy.

N7HQ is showing I completed the challenge, gold star and completed in-game, but I've still yet to see the Commendation Pack.
