Individual Success: Successful completion of this challenge will reward a Commendation Pack.

I did the Op on the PC, and got my Commendation pack as soon as I completed it. I just checked on the 360 and usually if you do the Op on one platform, you automatically get the award on the other platforms you have tied to the same Origin account, but this time around I didn't get it.

So I did the Squad goal with a KroSent on FBGlacier/Geth/Bronze and got a Gold melee medal, but still no Commendation pack (didn't see the Operation complete message pop up either). I might try it again with a Kroguard, just to make sure, but hopefully it's not bugged.

Yeah, just did it again with my Kroguard and this time I took a pic (although I notice the Mission end screen doesn't state what kind of Vanguard I used ).  Still no Commendation.

Edit: Uh, I'm a Dumas, I apparently forgot I hadn't installed Retaliation on my console at home, which would perhaps explain why I didn't get my Commendation. ;P  I'll try again after I install (downloading now).  Silly that XBox Live doesn't keep track of what you downloaded where (I'd already d/led and installed Retaliation on other console).  I should have known something was up when I encountered no Geth Bombers and the Room of Shame wasn't blocked off on Glacier. ;P

I did mine within the first 10-20 minutes of the event going live on PS3, currently in the no pack bunch like quite a few other people. Hopefully on Monday there will be an orderly way to address this.

Event was more interesting than I thought it would be, since I've rarely if ever played a melee based krogan before. it certainly was an eye opener seeing how efficient Korgans are at killing.

Just a note, I said we would be reviewing cases, that does not guarantee you will get your pack Monday, there is some dependencies on external parties.

Got it.  Had to do the Op again on the 360, but everything worked, got the Commendation pack (yay, Hurricane I!).

How do we get a case reviewed for a missing commendation pack? I'm still missing mine, not in a rush really, but would be nice to get it sorted out.

Does the script also fix the way the challenge is displayed in the the N7-HQ or does it just grant the pack?

Made solo run today but it didn't make any difference. No pack.

I would like an answer to this as well; its not an issue for me when it comes but I'm assuming that Bioware know which people have recieved theirs and those that haven't.

the massege poped up that i got it. Its shown in the challenges, but no medal, no pack... still.
