In my N7HQ overview it shows completed. In the "Past Weekend Challenges" it shows up as not completed.
I know it's registered as completed so I'll just wait until it comes. No real rush.

Direct Question. So after the operation finishes can we go to EA Help and redeeem our commendation packs from there like the old times, because the pack reward system still sucks? Or we must wait more for response from BioWare?

I just completed it, starting with about 25 minutes left to do it and having finished it I checked back on here to see I had 1 minute and 20 seconds left of the operation. I know I cut it fine but I completed it within time, have received no pack and it hasn't updated on N7HQ. Hopefully I'll still get it, would be gutted if having busted my balls to get it done in time and just managing it, I wasn't given the reward.

Yet another sucker who completed it almost immediately! Doh! Is just a case of waiting for packs or do we submit any kind of info? New to all this but not best impressed with this pack delivery system. Enjoyed the challenge tho

AS LONG AS I GET IT, I'll be satisfied. I don't mind waiting a few days, as I have waited few days already.

because we no longer deserve them, you need to pay 250 mps to get your reward and another 250 mps to open it and then another 250 mps to use it

EA customer support never sorted me out (they usually do quickly)
so it must be a bit more wonky this time.
I'll give them until tomorrow (when the packs usually came out)
before I start nagging.
