yeah it is a little early to start whining they said monday (possibly) but they did not say monday within 3 minutes of them showing up to work lol.

I actually have faith in them, that they will get it fixed by tuesday at the latest, especially since they already took care of a lil over 400 ppl friday.

We will get our missing packs guys, just give them time to get it done...geez

Update: 6:30pm MST We have granted it to 443 people between xbox/pc/ps3. The last of the ps3 script is running, We will be reviewing more cases on Monday, for now everyone have a good weekend.

Is there a place where we submit cases? I know that there has been in the past.

You can take mine off the list to check. I have it now. I was wrong at the time of posting. I thought I had but didn't. I completed it on Sunday and got it.

under overview in the N7HQ it says Operation Bloodlust Completed but under past challenges it is grayed out. Still no pack yet either.

Just posting in case they're using this forum to create lists to award packs. Still haven't got mine ,same as others shows done on front page of hq and in game,but greyed out in challenges in hq. Emailed ea support saturday night but not heard back other than a case no automated thing.

Hopefully this will soon be the case for the rest of us still waiting for our Comm packs. Hopefully this wait will end with me getting my Valiant VII.

Everything is not done at 6pm (which is roughly 80 hours post challenge completion for me) when we're told IMMEDIATELY REWARDED.....

I completed the challenge at 1:38 EST on friday, yeah within the first hour, but still no commendation pack. Is there somewhere else i need to report this? This is the second time i've not received a commendation pack after completing the challenge. The first time there was a link to click if you didn't get one, but before i just assumed i didn't get completion credit. This time the challenge medal confirms completion.

You'll notice in the squad elite tab, I completed the challenge but under the past weekend challenge I did not get credit for the operation.  Needless to say, I also did not receive my commendation pack.
