on same occasion please check survival medal as it bugged also.

Same here - 2 broken medals, and my survival medals show as "Current Progress 100/100" , but "Times Completed: 0"

Yeah, my N7 page doesn't show I played in Operation Resurgence, but I did and even got the reward pack, seem to recall I got a geth.

It seems that the N7HQ website also doesn't display the challange trophies correctly in the Overview. Both trophies are linked to http://na.llnet.biow...s/achievements/ which is a directory and not an image.
