Your approximate wait time is between NaN - NaN minutes. this is from the EA live chat help thinggy rofly seriously they have created a new waiting time?

Okay, I just checked everything -- my gamertag is linked to my account, my ME3 game is registered & yet I am still getting this message: "This Origin account does not have an associated, active, Mass Effect 3 account. Please visit the account help page for further assistance."

When I visit the account help page, it just verifies that everything is linked. BSN says I haven't got the commendation pack yet, N7HQ says I completed the challenge -- WTF IS THE PROBLEM???

You need to log in with the account that is linked to your gamertag. The account you are logged in with now has no association to your "Rehab Grimace" Xbox account.

You've previously signed in with that account and I've sent you a link to the profile you should be using.

So basically because of a mess up by bioware most of us have to wait three or four more days if we weren't a member of the lucky 400

I'm on Rehab Grimace in Windows so I can check my stuff, I'm on ColonelBoston on Chrome so I can post on the forums. Here, I did the work for you:

My game is registered, otherwise it wouldn't ask me to unregister it, see here.

I completed the challenge, as proven here.

But, I never received my commendation pack, as it states here.

Now seriously, I have done MORE than enough to get the pack I should've automatically & immediately gotten Friday. Am I being unreasonable? No, so please add a commendation pack to XBL gamertag Rehab Grimace -- I'm sure you can find much more proof that I'm not bull****ting you guys on your end. Thanks.

So i just got out of EA's live help chat, they cannot give the packs out today and told me to come back tomorrow night or wed. morning and they would give it to me... but at least i know i will get it.

Now that being said what about my N7HQ medal how do i get that fixed? and oh yeah it took 25 minutes to  do this and the help page still says my stuff is unregistered so i am guessing i will have to go through this every damned event.......

I'm not saying you didn't get it. But since you have two EA accounts and your Xbox account is linked to the other one you have to visit the help page with the account that you play the game with.

We are just pushing out a change for the help page that should fix your problem. Sometimes we don't get all the required fields written out to our database on PlayStation but we've got a workaround. I'll message you when it is ready.

Wow, it's finally letting me post on the forums. Anyway, here: now you can see I've been using Rehab Grimace to check that help page -- which is where all the above screencaps came from.

It does now that I'm on Chrome. On Windows, it says my account isn't linked (it wont even let me post on the forums, which is why I was on ColonelBoston). Weird.

Used the help page, submitted, got a "will review ticket and get you a commendation in 48 hours". Good enough.

It's hardly a great tragedy.  Mistakes happen, they're dealing with it.

So the help page does what exactly? Besides telling me I was awarded a pack I never got. Do I need to pester the EA help or are we actually going to get our packs like we are supposed to for completing the challenge later today or tomorrow?
