Thanks for the explanation Bryan, undoubtedly a lot of hard work was involved. Hopefully next time things will run more smoothly. Although I must say I was a bit surprised about you having to switch things on the production server to match the test server. Of course things work differently or not at all if you don't use the same data, that just seems like something completely obvious. I'm sure it is more complicated than that, but you have to admit it sounds like a rather simple mistake. Well, lessons learned and all that, I guess. Thanks for the effort.

Can someone from Bioware give us an update? Have all Commendation Packs been sent out or are more to come later today?

This is the second week in a row that i've had trouble getting my pack. I'm a bit worried that I've 'fallen through the cracks' and will not receive my pack even though I completed the operation and sent a review ticket.

I'd like an update as well. The help link does nothing for me as it says I was awarded the pack, I wasn't, and there is no 'review ticket' or whatever it is that people are using. Do I need to go through the hassle of contacting "EA help" or are the rest of the lost packs going out still?

And actually it's rather unucky. I'd rather have my Valliant maxed out before any of the promo weapons I don't use.

When you send a review ticket, we have to send that list of names into the external team that I mentioned. We are not constantly sending names we typically send once a day, the last time we sent was at about 4pm our local time.

Read OP if you want full explanation, but anyone who has put in a review ticket it after 4pm MST yesterday will not have been granted their pack yet. Should be within the next 24 hours.

Here's the thing though, on the help page the option for the ticket isn't there. So what do I need to do?

Scroll all the way up to the top of this page... the tippy tippy top... in the header there's a link: Operation Bloodlust is complete. Commendation Pack Help  if you're having troubles seeing it once you're on that page, clear your cookies and try it again... haven't heard of anyone having issues with the help page, though.

The problem with the page is that it indicates that I got my pack when I didn't, so there is not review ticket link. If I need to go to the ea help fine, just so I know.

I would probably just go through EA help and chat / talk with someone.  In all likelihood, you'll probably get your pack faster than I will waiting for these fine folks to sort through the review ticktes.

@Bryan Johnson: Thank you for your help, i clicked the commendation help link top of page on monday night and got my pack last night, shame other people cant read earlier posts and follow a simple step to resolve the problem instead of being a troll.

i still dont understand how many cards /items a comendation pack is meant ot give, the 3 i've had so far all had only 2 items in yet others clearly have been given 5 items per pack why the disparity in number of items from a pack ?
