been just over 3hours since i completed the challenge and still no comm pack,ive redone it 4 times now just incase and nothing

The squad goal doesn't even work. It didn't for me and my friend. Plus, did the challenge 2 times because it didn't work for my friend. I let my friend get the melee kills first at second time and then raced to get mine. Heh.

okay i thought it would work for the squad goal if the krogan got the 50 kills or the gold medal for the group like i been trying to help out groups on bronze

Well, i've visited the N7 HQ several times now and i've completed the challenge 5 times on top of that. Tried updating the game 3 times in Origin. Restarted Origin each time. Still nothing.

It's been over 2 hours now, Bryan and i still have two red X's on my 'recently completed challenges' page in the N7 HQ where it show be showing two gold medals i assume.

Any update on the matter?

You had to visit the HQ at least once before then (any time), because the data of it being completed is easily accessible through the N7HQ but if you havent visited it, we dont pull the data.

I visited both the website and the ingame challenges...both say completed....i was not that early when I completed it....and no pack.

Came home, did the weekend challenge and didn't have any issues receiving the pack afterwards this time around. Hope others get theirs sorted out soon though.

What's the deal with the missing icons for challenge on the N7 HQ?

I checked your postings to see if you'd commented on it, but I was coming up with nothing.
As of right now, I have two "blank" challenges completed at the same time, with no icons.

So, does the waiting suggestion applies to those, like me, who do not have any n7 challenge completed listed in the challenge menu? Otherwise, where can I see if my challenge has been completed? I did visit the n7HQ today, if it matters.

However i just got N7 crusader on CommPack.

For your troubleshooting:

• I had my console off and turned it on during the first hour since the weekend challenge began and fired up the epic ME3 (still my favorite series of games).
• Did not get a splash screen about the operation.
• Soloed, 50 melees long before wave 6 with Kroguard - no popup banner/notification in game.
• After wave 10 completion the popup banner/notification finally got displayed about completing the challenge.
• Extracted, went to store and no pack.
• Restarted game several times over the past few hours.
• Weekend challenge shows up as completed in in-game challenge menu (and did immediately after the match), correct progress for silver challenge progress as well.
• I keep my gameplay feedback on.
• Have visited N7HQ plenty of times before today and several times after finishing the match (including immediately after). All information shows up correctly as expected with respect to the operation.

Still no pack.
Like I said, for your troubleshooting :happy:

Some people who have completed did not instanteously received their commendation pack for operation bloodlust. We are aware of this issue and steps are already been made to ensure that you get your commendation pack.

For anyone who has not yet completed it, restart your game, and all will be working normally (ie complete the challenge and get the pack immediately).

Re-Doing the challenge will not get you the pack, you have to wait

tl;dr: If not completed yet, restart game and then complete. If Completed and didn't get commendation pack, wait a few hours and we will get it to you.

Are we still able to get the packs if we did not get on the HQ before that time? And is getting on the HQ required to get the packs? I have several friends who havent been on here in a while.

yep. i was unaware of the issue. think i had my game on from this morning. just finished the challenge about 15 mns ago. got nothing. checked n7hq. restarted game. still nothing.
i'm a sad panda.
