Probably not. Myself and a friend have the same issue, but we used the Krogan Vanguard.

It has something to do with how quickly we completed it.

Should be easily fixed though, the challenge registers as completed everywhere, except in the list of completed operations, there it is greyed out. Past midnight here, hopefully it'll be fixed tomorrow..

I knew it would happen eventually, that i would have a problem with a commendation pack not being awarded, guess today was as good a day as any.....

 It's been more than five hours since I completed it and still no pack. Do I just have to wait more?

We are still working on this, note that anyone who encountered this issue after I posted this thread (and did not reset their game), may not get their commendation pack until after the weekend.

FFS... I'd rather have my challenge reset than wait the whole weekend. I can do this challenge again in under 15 mins.

FYI, i tried resetting the game as soon as i saw ur post. In fact i tried doing that around 8 times or so. Along with updating mass effect 3 in origin. Then logging out of origin and logging back in. Rinsed, repeated 8 times. My N7HQ says i have completed the challenge yet my medal is still greyed out.

Humm. For a noob I did my personal best and soloed to level six bronze. It showed I got the 25+ and 50+ melee  but it didn't say that I completed the challenge nor is my commendation in the store. The Challenge board moved the "Operation Bloodlust" icon but did not show that received it. I know you're working on this. Just bummed.

I'm on a PC in the US if that matters.

Yeah, sorry I didnt  reset my PS3 since i thought i had  a few more hours b4 the event was starting, then i noticed the timer lapsed 4 hours or so this morning i figured heck why not just get it done......never even occured to me to reset my PS  b4 attempting it, but i will not make that mistake again.

I love u BW, and while it feels stupid to complain about a free pack, it does get quite frustrating when 'immediately' turns into 'a few hours' then 'a few days'

I'm still running in to trouble as well. Did the challenge about 10 minutes after Operation went live. No pack, restarted game. No pack. Checked N7HQ, there was a badge listed as completed, but the image was broken. Just did challenge again, checked store, still nothing. Posting here as of now.

Ok, so my N7 HQ changed. In the Overview tab, it now shows the Summary box, then the Weekend Challenge box, Recent Completions, then Upcoming Challenges. In the Weekend Challenge box, it says that I've completed the operation. I still don't have the Commendation pack, though. Is it like this for everyone else? 

Edit: Also, the two broken images in the Recent Challenge Completions box are gone.

I did the objective, shut down my XBox, saw this thread, then came back and just did it again. Still no Commendation Pack. Made extraction both times. It shows as completed in N7HQ and my Challenge window in-game.
