Ok, so my N7 HQ changed. In the Overview tab, it now shows the Summary box, then the Weekend Challenge box, Recent Completions, then Upcoming Challenges. In the Weekend Challenge box, it says that I've completed the operation. I still don't have the Commendation pack, though. Is it like this for everyone else? 

Edit: Also, the two broken images in the Recent Challenge Completions box are gone.

Yeah, in the Overview Tab it says I completet the challenge. In the Challenges Tab under past weekend challenges the Bloodlust challnge is not golden though. In the Squad Elite it does say I completed one weekend challenge. Still no comm pack. JFYI

^ Same for me. In game after I completed the challenge and in the Overview main page it shows me as having completed the challenge. But in the Past Challenges area it is still gray. No pack received

So how long do we have to wait seeing as im on gmt time didnt mention that and why doesnt the game tell you theres a challenge weekend like it used to I only found out on here an hour ago and yet its not registured it on me challenge progress restarted game and everything so no point telling me to do that

Honestly, I don't mind getting it on Tuesday, so long as I actually get it. I'd really like my Valiant to be upgraded.

Just completed this challenge (~7:45pm EST). No pack, no acknowledgement of completion on the N7HQ either. However, my credit count and character levelup as a result of the challenge updated immediately.

I didn't receive my comm pack for the past 2 challenges properly, either. (Had to contact support)

I restarted my game and my xbox several times since completing the challenge this morning and still haven't seen a Commendation pack. I even just redid the challenge and still no pack. It shows that I completed the challenge in the challenge list in the game, but the N7HQ doesn't show it as being completed. (But it does show that I have 1 on the complete X# of weekend challenges challenge)

Anyone else see the new characters (Geth Soldier etc.) back in the characters menus? Also, all characters from the last two dlc's where locked again.

For those that don't seem to understand.. if you completed the challenge before the issue was fixed, you're in a bugged state.  Nothing you can do now, whether restarting or redoing the challenge, will change anything.  You have to wait patiently for Bioware to fix your account.

aw that kinda sucks.   mine was still on from when i played in the morning.  didn't have a chance to stop by the forum.  
I ran into it around two in the afternoon.   So i hadn't reset my system, or gone to the N7HQ ....
ah well c'est la vie (sp?)  ...  having to wait till the end of the weekend no big deal.   just would have been cool to get it immediately.  instant gratification and all. 
I guess there's nothing they can really do though.   doing the best they're really able to to fix it.

Hey, we had to wait till Tuesday on all the previous weekends, I think we can deal with that one more time. As long as I get my Commendation pack, I won't complain. Hopefully next weekend won't have this happen.

We have granted it to 443 people between xbox/pc/ps3. The last of the ps3 script is running, We will be reviewing more cases on Monday, for now everyone have a good weekend.

Hey, we had to wait till Tuesday on all the previous weekends, I think we can deal with that one more time. As long as I get my Commendation pack, I won't complain. Hopefully next weekend won't have this happen.

those were my thoughts.  would have been cool to get it right away.  as long as i eventually get it.   if not - i'll bug the support email.

Got mine. Eagle IV. Of course, I've gotten five Crusaders, four Hurricanes and a Valiant since my Eagle III, so I'm not too upset.
