I've still not received mine (PC). Is it possible that people who have had to contact EA Help every biweekly for challenges with the old system would exhibit the unlikeliness of getting packs even with the new automated system? Because, that's how I'm feeling right now.

Sure. I knew stuff like that would happen. But I did think they were going to fix it before heading out for holidays, thou. Bet you have your pack already.
