Once you unlock a banner, you can use it whenever you want.

Someone needs to get Allison Gunn up in here ASAP.

Edit: I'm pretty sure the title for Mass Effect is "Best of the best", not "Mass Effect Master".

Not to mention that just sounds cheesy.
