Put a stabilization mod on it, use it on a turian, or just learn to compensate for the movement.  Gotta hold the aimer lower than you normally would.

I put the recoil mod on my measly little Hurricane I, and it's fine. Combined with either piercing or heat sink.

I haven't gotten home yet to do the challenge, but some people aren't getting their packs? I thought it was supposed to be instantaneous?

Hurricane II, which made me happy! Once I get it to a decent level I'll probably use it as my main secondary weapon, since I like the feel of it.

Same here bro. It's completed on my challenges menu in game, but didn't get the commendation pack even though the store kept flashing "new".
