Probably because some of us don't want to pay extra for online multiplayer features, like better graphics/visuals (1920x1080 resolution instead of 1280x720 + anti-aliasing + 60fps) and generally like more the mouse and keyboard controls. Especially the mouse for faster and more precise aiming.
Not starting a flamewar here, just stating my guess, opinion and facts.

Have you ever considered instead of buffing fast RPM weapons against armor instead go back to the way it was in ME2 and make slow RPM "high dmg per shot" weapons less effective against shields (mby with a code that give negative return in dmg per shot against shields) to balance it out.Derek Hollan wrote...

And it would make more sense concidering that we have a tool tip that say high RPM weapons should be more effective again shields ( and that's the way it has been in previous ME games).

I'd do the inverse of armor reduction. Add a flat damage bonus per shot, the high RoF guns benefit the most from it, although yo uhave to balance it out against guns with 900 RPM+Lajkos wrote...

That could only be solved by giving enemies more shields but less health/armor before rebalancing all weapons. And that will most likely never happen.

1) Where can I find some additional lore concerning the N7 Fury and the N7 Slayer? I loved all the MP DLCs but Earth is definitely my favourite and I would like to learn more about these characters in particular.
2) Why in SP Justicars (actually only one's shown which is Samara) is dressed incredbi-cool sexy while instead in MP Justicars are dressed like non-sexy nuns?
3) Is there any chance in the future you guys will add the number of kills divided by faction? I'd love to know how many phantoms I took out; but I wondered if it is possible to keep track of it since the current system seems based on points only.
4) Do you guys will ever consider to release a "high resolution textures DLC" or something to make the game look way better on PC?
5) Any chances of having race-specific or class specific banners, such as for instance the Asari Banner or the Quarian Banner or the Engineer Banner etc.. where you'd have to play/achieve stuff with a certain race no matter the class or viceversa?
6) Did the idea of making the game MP come from the DLC of ME1 Pinnacle Station?
7) How comes the N7 Shadow (AKA our Phantom) has got all these cool animations such as side-dodging as a Ninja and jumping consoles as bulgarians circus athletes when it comes to forward rolling the make a backflip which is so easy to perform I was able to pull that out since I was 4 years old?
