Hello

I have choosed "Flaming Weapons" skill for morrigan, so I have a ring that has +10% fire damage. Just curious, if one of the party members (melee I mean) wear that ring, does their fire damage increases with 10%? or this ring should be weared by morrigan?

If you let one of your party members wear that ring he gets +10% fire damage.

"Flaming Weapons" is a spell that increases the % fire damage of everyone in your party. The higher your Magic stat the stronger the effect of this spell.
