No one is to blame for another person's behavior. Bioware is not responsible for others behaviour ad has every right to ban them for thos specific behaviour,However I think it is too harsh to ban people for cheating, bioware should have every right to do it though.
Also people might not believe in teamwork and honesty, that doesn't give anyone the right to punish them.
If Bioware is not responsible for their behavior, what makes them responsible for their gameplay? There are a few flaws in that statement because it is the responsibility of both.
Bioware does not make any legal promise that their product will be perfect or that there will not be any technical issues that can be used to play the game in a manner that it was not supposed to be played. However it does make a demand, and it has the right to demand, that people not exploit these technical issues.
I guess the point I'm trying to make is this: missile glitching is mostly referred to as cheating. It's not a glitch anymore. It's a bannable offense, not a fixable glitch. As a glitch needing fixing, it's understood as a part of the game that wasn't intended and players could do it but its cheap and frowned upon. As a bannable offense, it's a part of the game (intended or not) and its the player's fault (intended or not) if done. There is where I have a problem. Does the Vorcha glitch fall under the same category as the missile glitch? According to everyone quoting or linking the ToS to their posts, yeah. Does it still happen? Very rarely, but according to the ToS, it's my fault I do it (intentional or not) so I either report myself before Bioware gets to me cause if I get banned, well it's too late then. See where I'm going with this? Bioware is fixing their game by slapping in their ToS that any unfair advantage (basically any glitch that gives the player, not the computer, an unfair advantage) that is found is to be reported and is bannable if purposefully used.
I don't mind a glitch being reported or even fixed. I do mind when a glitch (especially one I didn't make of plan to use) I find, or find another way to do, and I could be punished for it because, and only because, it's not my game and they can do whatever with their game. And instead of spending time to fix the glitch, they split it to ban people who use it instead of making it so that no one can use it. That's my problem.
