Instead of banning players why don't Bioware fix the glitches? How hard can it be?

When's the next banhammer dropping? I never experienced the missile glitch until I started attempting Platinum matches these past 2 weeks.

There store is really messed up. I put 5 dollars to see what I would get and I got cryo rounds. I really don't need anymore equipment. And that's all I get, when I can play for a whole month and only receive 1 maybe 2 guns with getting no gear bonus just equipment pretty sad. I can't even upgrade my guns anymore cuz i don't get them anymore it is very frustrating. They should atleast make it so if you put really money you should get at least one gun or gear or character. I bet they are making so much money off the packs it unreal and I bet people are spending 2.99 a pack to get cryo rounds which is really messed up. And another thing why doesn't BW just fix the glitch why give people a reason to cheat to get banned and in return lose the potential money they would get. Seems to me BW would make a lot more money In the long run if they just fixed the glitch.

Um, yes I'm being serious. Glitches occur as a result of faults with the program. Therefore their programmers should be able to fix these problems.

That's your fault for wasting irl money when you barely get guns anyways. 

If anything is messed up, it's you thinking you'll get a gun just because you blew your wad on a 5 dollar pack.

Word. Spending real money should not increase your chances of getting something "good" from the RNG store. You can't  have unrealistic expectations.

I saw someone yesterday on the 360 with a purple and white cobra missile launcher. Their gun was the same color so I thought that was due to the mods they attached to it. Where they some how glitching the color of the missile launcher? It didn't effect my game play other than seeing a purple and white CML, but I did think it was a little odd. The gun and the CML both looked like something unfinished and had no detail at all. Don't see a point in banning, but I find it odd to see something like this on the 360. If it was on the PC I could understand due to the ability to change files.

That's just a texture glitch. It happens occasionally.

I don't much see the point in exploiting glitches. Feels a helluva lot better when you earn it proper.

No.... they really don't.   the store isn't even really that bad.  so it's a random store.  you don't need maxed out gear to play the game.   my lvl 1 saber still kicks butt.   Maxing rares is just a matter of time with PSPs....  you can see mine... all maxed up until this DLC - and the new rares will be maxed soon....  it's really not all that bad.

and if they only cheat because of the screwed up store... why is it the vast majority of players seem to play legitimately?  Logic would dictate that the store was driving people to cheat - there would be far more cheaters.   So many people are pissed at the store.   very few people cheat and glitch.

Look - if you cheat, whatever [the proverbial 'you' not the person i am quoting necessarily].   if you cheat in private - i don't really give a crap.  if you cheat in a public game... you're being rude and inconsiderate to three other people who want to enjoy the game.   If you're just in it for pretend money to get pretend items..... why are you wasting your time playing it?   And anyway ---  pretty sure the vast majority of the glitchers/cheaters know the risks when they do it.   'if you can't do the time, don't do the crime' and whatnot.   I HOPE bioware is taking things like how and where the cheating takes place into consideration.   i hope small scare cheaters who cheat only in private are treated with considerably greater leniancy ....  but for the folks who ruin public matches.   the folks who waste 15-20 minutes of three other people's lives....   ban them.   ban them before they screw over anyone else.   if someone in a lobby said to me "hey i'm going to glitch this next round"  i would say "thanks for telling me" and leave the lobby.  and NOT report them - they had the decency to inform me.   If you're not doing it, you're simply trapping people into a situation where they waste their time... or their consumables.   most of us don't play the game just for the credits -- so we don't WANT to sit around for 20 minutes watching someone else cheat the way all through the game.

Don't waste your time explaining stuff to him, he was probably one of the hackers. He would rather ruin the fun for other people just so he can unlock a class or item. Hate when people try to ruin a great game like Mass effect that is fun to play but they have to cheat just to get an edge in the game.
