Non-hater right here. Only thing I'd have to pick on is how the dealt with Shepard's death but that could be fixed in the storyline DLCs. Either way I love Mass Effect.

I don't hate it, but I don't love it either.

Main plot is quite dumb, but exciting and there's never been a game where I felt so attached to characters (Garrus, Tali, Liara...Shepard). Honestly, Garrus makes this game interesting to me, I can't even say why, he's just all around cool.

There are basically only a few things I hate in ME3 as for now:
-Priority Earth
-Kai Leng (so much potential wasted, he could be cool like Bane in TDKR and he's just a weirdo)
-Senseless cutscenes (Tarquin Victus, again Kai Leng)
-EA's/Bio's DLC pricing.

Bane in TDKR was stupid.

And having biotic players save Victus but screwing over non-biotics would ****** people off. Rightfully.

Just because I don't hate ME3, doesn't mean I am some "drone." I love ME3 because I just do. And I really shouldn't have to bust my ass trying to give an explicit explanation as to why I enjoyed it. I don't enjoy it for BioWare's sake.

There are plenty of us non-haters around here. Even the haters are actually still fans, they may not ouright say it but its deep inside them. I think some of them feel a sense of betrayal or some other form of it.

But yes, there are plenty of us non-haters out here, do not worry.

Baahaha....Bane was SOOO lame. So lame in fact, that every time he spoke I couldn't help but roll my eyes and laugh


Don't get me wrong, you're right about Kai Leng. He was awful as a villain. But Bane was not cool.....not even close

To be honest, I love Bane and so did many other people. Your opinion, fine. But even if he's voice is laughable, I liked how they (SPOILERS) handled the defeat of Batman. Batman being arrogant and thinking he can just easily best Bane and gets his ass kicked, but he recovers and then kicks his ass.  Another example is Jedi Outcast and Desann, Kyle Katarn gots PWN'D withouth his force powers but then he gets his epic come back of sorts. (Plus the psychological struggles of the hero were handled well in both cases)

That's what I wanted to see with Kai Leng, a hard situation and fight that you know you can't win even since the beginning, instead we get a guy who sucks balls, gets owned hard, has dumb dialogue and wins using a scene so over-the-top it's laughable.

And I don't mean biotic-players. I mean biotic squad, anyone. Javik/Kaidan/Liara/(biotic)Shepard any of these durin the mission should be able to save an important character. He's a son of a freakin' Primarch of all Turians.
 I'm all for noble sacrifices, but this one was just so easily avoidable it's laughable. Like Shepard shooting the pipe point blank.(destroy)

Yes, that is how I perceived it when I read the subject line. The 'hater' 'non-hater' lines really must go (the extremists on both ends (flamers) are the real haters). There are people that are dissatisfied and there are people that are not. Then there are the flamers but a lot of the people who are still dissatified who "complain" every day, I wouldnt consider them 'haters'. I have seen some very good discussions with threads that have been closed for no apparent reason. Most of the discussions were thought provoking (ya talking about 3d's thread here).

I love the series too.

The things I would adjust though, I'll skip ME1 because that list is so long, is I'd make it so you can recruit people in any order in ME2, and adjust Kai Leng to make him more badass, make your war assets appear more in Priority: Earth, make Miranda a squaddie in ME3, and make Liara do more in ME3.

More or less appart from that I'm fine.

I love the entire series.

Each of the ME games had its fair share of flaws but as a whole, I love them anyway.

Some of Bioware's best work can be found in ME3 IMHO. (Tuchanka, Rannoch.....)
