Combat Mastery 8 silver medals earned progress only registered 6/12 completed.
Finished Combat Mastery once already.
Geth Mastery 18 silver medals earned progess only registered 8/18 completed.
Finished Geth Mastery once already.
Geth Mastery is now stuck and I am not able to earn any points or silvers medals for it.

I am having an issue with the Weapons/Geth Mastery Challenge as well. I completed it once and it looks like I may have completed it again. Nevertheless, my current progress has stayed at 9/18 with the number completions still at one. I do hope they fix this because it really offsets the point system and leaderboard ranking.
