You then unlock the Ultra Promotional weapons -- N7 Tsunami, N7 Ardent, N7 Fusilier, and possibly the best of them all, the N7 Strudel.

Mass Effect 4 is released, ME3 servers are not available (like with demo when ME3 came out). Or they add another weapon from SP DLCs.
