 So I was just on Wikipedia and saw that Greg Ellis, the voice of Captain Cullen and Anders in Awakening, has listed on his role credits, playing the role of Knight Captain Cullen in DA3!! Now this could be a mistake/heresay whatever but I found it interesting.

Greg Ellis tweeted a couple of months ago that he was in the booth recording Cullen's lines, however he took it down after an hour, presumably because he broke his NDA. So it looks like Cullen will be in DA3 in some capacity. Whether that'll be as a companion/LI remains to be seen, as he could just be a cameo/NPC.

The fact that it seems to be so early on suggests to me that Cullen's important. AKA Companion OR Antagonist. Either way, YAYYYY!

That's so silly. After DA2, we all could see Cullen returning, plus it makes his many fans happy.

The fact that he got retconned from going crazy and psychopathic I'd say he caught a real lucky break.

The fact that he got retconned from going crazy and psychopathic I'd say he caught a real lucky break. 

If you mean the Origins epilogue slide, the devs have said the slides are not canon so it can't be a retcon. I've actually never gotten that slide in multiple playthroughs of Origins.

Yes, I miss them all. Velanna, Sigrun, Oghren, and every character that was at the Keep.

Gaider and other devs have said all of the leaked info is false, despite some of it already being confirmed. Don't trust what they say regarding the leaked info. They have a vested interest in countering the leak.

It's been confirmed on numerous occasions that there will be characters in DA3. It's not a likelihood, it's a certainty.

I think the survey was to determine which out of 10 people would become companions and which wouldn't. So it's possible he didn't make the cut if he didn't appeal to Germans.

Though he has blonde hair and blue eyes so there ya go.

I'm pretty sure Alistair won't; Steve Valentine said he won't work on DA series anymore. 

Otherwise, nah. And those people are/ could be big and important in the other games, so thats why I want them. Otherwise, Zevran in DA3 feels a little like "fanservice" (even from a "fan" perspective)

All I've found is that he doesn't know if he'll be returning for DA3 at this point in time, from the first of October of this year.
