Rules are simple. Just post the dumbest lines that you've heard spoken in this game franchise. 1 line or set of lines per post. 

Mine would be-

"Shepard! You have fought the geth before. Tactical advice?"
"Take their shields down!"
"Then finish them off before they can regenerate!"

--exchange between EDI, Shepard, and Tali on the geth Dreadnaught mission

This line has always struck me as really stupid because Shepard and Tali are just stating and over-emphasizing the obvious. They're effectively saying to EDI "shoot them until they stop moving!"

Updated rules. Feel free to post lines from the whole trilogy, not just ME3.

Never heard the line in game, but it sounds like it was supposed to be a joke.

As for absolutely terrible lines: "STEEEEEVE!  You okay?"

And pretty much any time M!Shep is trying to be emotional.  That's really the only part of his performance I always go "Really?  Thats the best you can do?"  Personal preference of course and all that jazz.

Also, the whole team talk after Thessia when Shepard start asking about Cerberus. It just felt like a class when the teacher start asking questions.

I doubt it's a joke, given the context of the situation in which the line is spoken (when you first make contact with the geth during that mission).

OP, Those lines make more sense if you bring the VS on that mission.

VS ask's if there is anything new about the Geth they should keep in mind. Geth shield recharge is new to the VS IIRC, and we can assume they haven't fought Geth since ME1.

My least favorite: "So the Illusive man was right after all..."

lol I know, I said it makes more sense for the VS. I try to avoid annoying squad talk as best I can.

I dunno. I rather enjoy bringing party compositions that have stupid chatter. Intelligent talk is far less humorous.

Not ME3, but..."I am Omega!". Worst part is they'll propably use that in Omega DLC, in which case it will be even more cringe-worthy since you'd be supposed to think it's cool.

Also this thread will be filled with Catalyst lines soon enough, it's really just the fate of these threads.

Well, there was 1 single line from Kai Leng that didn't make me want to punch a hole in the wall. That line being when he asked TIM for his next orders after the coup.

The entire prologue and ending are goldmines for horribly awkward and unnatural-sounding dialogue, not to mention any time TIM, Anderson, or Hackett open their mouths.

I think those should be excluded. Probably you'd be accused of copyright violation if you tried to reprint all of them here.
