"I transcribed the data to an OSD. Take it! PLEASE!" (As if she was begging Shepard to take something (s)he desperately needed.)
There's also this gem:
"You should... You should. UHH! You should.... [...] You've always made me proud, Liara... DIE!"

No, Shepard, thats not how you talk to eons old super AIs
“When fire burns, is it at war? Is it in conflict? Or is it simply doing what it was created to do? We are no different.”
I just said "No, fire is a chemical reaction with no mind...What are you talking about?"
"I was created to bring balance, to be the catalyst for peace between organics and synthetics."
*Facepalm*
Basically anything Glowboy says.
There are others, but those stand out.

All in the space of minutes... so basically summed up as "we fight or we die, and if we fight we die."
It's always came off to me more as "we die or we die!"
The introduction where you can say this line isn't as bad as the final speech you give where you can literally say 'we must be willing to die, anything less and you're already dead'. Ugh. So bad.

This exchange is the worst I've seen in a video game for a while.
Truly horrible stuff

Anything Allers said, because of her bad delivery that can rival ME 1 & 2 Male Shep's.
Most of Liara's lines on Thessia.
Not a line exactly, but Jack's little freakout in ME2 when she's that the Normandy is a Cerberus ship makes me shake my head very hard.
Which brings me to her students. What age were they aiming for? Almost every line from Rodriguez and the other guy definitely made me cringe.
Can't think of anything else right now.
The average gamer is in their mid 30s now. The average game company manager still thinks that teens are the largest consumer of these games. Hence look at the ages of the characters: Liara is barely an adult, Tali is barely legal age, Samantha is about 26, Vega is 25.
Bottom line: they need to start making the age of the LIs a bit older. I felt like I was robbing the cradle.
There is a pole about this very topic you bring up it actually shows the opposite. I was saddened myself to find out we are a waning demographic
The teens greatly outnumber us.

The one line that launched a thousand fists at my computer screen. It heralded the death of a series and one of the worst literary cop-outs in recent memory.
"Cringe" doesn't even begin to describe it.

Good job turning the one krogan with his head screwed on properly into a one-liner spewing retard, Bioware. At least you made all the fokking krogan fanboys on BSN happy.

leviathan :"the intelligence has one purpose the preservation of life, that purpose has not been fulfilled"
30 seconds later, "no! it still serves it's purpose"
and people say leviathan makes sense of the ending?

Avina: I have no information on a “Reaper.” References to the term exist in some para-historical theories on galactic extinction cycles
ME2
Joker: It’ll be better than the old days.
Shepard: I hope so. I died.

Admiral Gerrel: You’ve got Admiral Koris backing up worse than a krogan toilet. Glad to see Tali’s captain knows how to handle a courtroom.
ME1
Shepard: You can’t predict how people will act, Garrus. But you can control how you’ll respond. In the end, that’s what really matters.

It means it's in the process of fulfilling it's purpose, what the hell is there hard to understand?

Well not cringe worthy to me because I can be that lame and awkward in romance (seriously I'm like a dancing shepard in that department = very far from elegant or sophisticated) but.... let me just say that I can certainly understand other people doing the ole roll eyes
