Heheh, pretty much all the dialogue in the games is cringe-worthy in any other place, but the games are just so deadpan and comic that it works. In a wonderfully cheesy scifi way.

Well not cringe worthy to me because I can be that lame and awkward in romance (seriously I'm like a dancing shepard in that department = very far from elegant or sophisticated) but.... let me just say that I can certainly understand other people doing the ole roll eyes
Whatutalkinabout? The romance dialog on the Dreadnaught was one of my favourite moments in ME3.

Not a line, more an action. When you shot Mordin and Shep throws his pistol on the ground right after. And of course Mordin dragging his way to the controls saying something like "almost there" and dies an inch away. Made me almost reset the level, but I was renegade and had to let it play through.

That line was just awful. Even an actor with Martin Sheen's talent would have a hard time pulling that line off. So I'll give Martina Sirtis a pass on that one. But her performance was just all around bad in Mass Effect 1, and not just limited to the poorly written dialogue.

When my serious ruthless FemShep just clicking the 'learn more about Jacob dialouge choice' suddenly drops all badassery and in the girliest most flirty voice imaginable says
"I'm just interested in talking for bit."
Wasn't able to bring myself to talk to him for the rest of that playthrough...
Also at least 80 percent of the dialouge between her and Vega for the same reason times 100!
Can't I just have a professional work relationship with the male soldiers under my command?

Pretty much everything Liara says in ME1 is just...awful.
