Ok, trying with the "renaming NWN2 in Documents folder" option. Back in 5 minutes to let you know the result.

EDIT
Ok, I've tryed and... not dialogue triggers. :-( So, it's official: it's not a mods fault. I'm afraid I'll have to reinstall everything :_(

It sounds as if the speak triggers aren't recognising your character as the first PC. Have you tried starting the campaign with a different character? If it's a problem with a specific character then a complete reinstall might be a waste of time.

I remember you switched your introduction movie back to the original with Ammon Jerro. You didn't accidentally delete or modify an original file, did you? In any case, maybe you have to go back to the default intro.

Well, I think it's strange that setting a different intro movie will break some (and not all) dialogue triggers... In case, how should I do for putting the right movie back to its place?
Instead, I don't think it's due to my character. I have already tried with another one, a pre-set character, a paladin, but still the game didn't triggered dialogues :-( I'm afraid reinstalling is my last hope...

I assume this only happens in MotB, and not in other modules?

I've just finished the OC and there everything was fine. I haven't tried other modules yet.

Ok, I've just finished uninstalling and reinstalling the game, the expansion, the patches. And the game was perfect.
Then I add the cosmetic mods and it all went wrong. I've discovered the problem. For using this http://nwvault.ign.c...al.Detail&id=79 I need to add the appearance.2da file. If I don't use it, my character is something like an armor on the floor which MOVES when I click on a new position (creepy! :-/ ) but the game works fine. If I add the appearance.2da file, my character is ok but the game doesn't trigger any dialogue.

Anyone knows where I can find an appearance.2da file that works fine? For all the OC I had no problem at all...

It is possible to change the dialogs' language, but I doubt that's the problem, since I often switch between English and Spanish. Nevertheless, if you want to try the English dialog, check this thread.

I'd try reinstalling. There's no guarantee that it'll get fixed, but it's worth a try if no one comes with a solution.

The download in that topic I linked has many game files. The one you're looking for is probably included.

I was forgetting... The problem arise when Safyia enters with her familiar. The .2da file seems to prevent Kaji to appear. So the dialogues after that point are not triggering. If I remove the .2da file (and change character, of course), Kaji suddenly reappears.

I recognise the problem of the moving piece of armour on the floor, and how it relates to the appearance.2da.  I don't know how it affects the dialogue, but what you should ideally have is a cosmetic mod that does not require the appearance.2da.  The comments in that plastic surgery pack from users mention that it's not compatible with MotB because of that 2da problem, and the author should have included gr2 skeletons instead.

As an alternative, maybe it would be easier to try a different head pack?  There's a brand new one that was released a couple of weeks ago, which I think looks good.  It doesn't require a 2da.

I was reading the comments on that page too... I've found this http://nwvault.ign.c...l.Detail&id=580 which is an update of the previous mod, not using a .2da file. I'll test both this and the link you wrote. I hope something will work.
Updating this thread as soon as I'll test the files (probably tomorrow: my bed is calling me!)

EDIT
I was unable to wait. IT WORKS!!! :D :D :D
Everything seems fine (ok, I've played for 2 minutes, but till now everything seems to work), so I'd say that updated-hakpack is definitely the solution!
Thank you all for your help! In case the game would have more problems... come back and check my threads :innocent:

Ah yes, that one you found sounds like it should work.

Also, the pack I posted a link to doesn't include drow yet, but he says he's working on it. He just released sun elves today.

Those faces on the link you posted are STUNNING. So good I was thinking about creating a human male PC! (I didn't known that site of mod, so, thank you ^^ )

Yeah, it's my new favourite head pack. :)
