Am I the only one who looks at him and thinks of the Bobs (Gold Elite Rangers) from Halo: Reach when I look at him. I half expect his heavy attack to be him pulling out an energy sword and doing a horizontal slash.

Is he that good? Even better than the Geth Infiltrator for raw damage?

i knew there was something framilar about him.... I don't find the Ghost to be over the top, he does not have RoF or accuracy bonuses like the Gi has nor the debuff of other infiltrators.

He has the ability to strip shields. That's pretty much just as good as any debuff.

So just unlocked this guy in a PSP (in addition to warfighter IV Whoooo!) and am curious what builds people use. All of his abilities seem so good it's hard to choose.
Unfortunately I'm firmly in the camp of people who don't have the harrier but I do have the Saber IV in case thats also a good alternative.

You know what's funny? That won't hurt the Ghost one bit, but it'll ruin the Havoc. So no thanks.
pretty much, but they not thinking about that...they just thinking they got outscored, so the character must be overpowered and stopped
Thanks! I usually don't like ignoring fitness but I suppose he does have the stim pack to make up for it so I'll give either this or a 6/6/6/5/3.Operator m1 wrote...

You don't need fitness.
I go all in for damage with groups. You still need to know how to use cover to get away with it on gold and higher.
cloak: damage, recharge, damage
stimpack: damage, duration, weapon damage
overload: damage, neural shock, chain overload
passive: weapon damage/stability, headshots, weapon damage/stability
If you go for defensive stimpacks, you may be able to go rambo alot more (I don't know first hand since I never went for it, nor do I think I need it).
You could always go cloak dunk spec with a shotgun+omni blade and melee if you want. Should be pretty obvious what to go for.

There are positive changes, and there are negative changes.
I expect his stimpacks to loose 1000 to 2000 off their max shield boost for one, and odds are, its going to be a positive change overall.
There are some excessively cruel changes they could do as well.
If they made the duration 3 seconds....................... That would be beyond cruel.
It only grants them 2000 shields if damage specced.
I was talking off the 4000 if defense specced.
Your are likely loose 25%-50% of the sheild boost.
You know what's funny? That won't hurt the Ghost one bit, but it'll ruin the Havoc. So no thanks.

Cool, never managed to play a class with overload before so I don't have much experience with it. I really should promote my infiltrator so i'll be sure to give these a go.Jay_Hoxtatron wrote...
Or you could go 6/6/4/6/4.
Maxing out overload is not that useful.

His overload, stim pack, and TC are all amazing and I do think the TGI is very nice but, the SI and GI can smash with snipers. I don't think the TGI is in need of a nerf.

The thing is: They can nerf a single kits powers without touching other kits powers.

Too bad you aren't the one making that call. I can pretty much guarantee something is going to get nerfed. My money is on the Harrier or his packs, maybe both.

Exactly my point. Leave the turian alone before you nerfers (not talking to guy I quoted, but you people know who you are) ruin him. For the record, it IS possible to lose games as a turian ghost.dream3873 wrote...
Why are we talking about this? Why must we give BW excuses to nerf a good class?

I don't really see the "OP" of this guy. High single target damage with high survivability? There's a few other characters with that stuff, so what?. Sure, he's top 5, but he's no GI Hurricane/Talon, MQI Harrier or Reegar Kroguard.
