I don't care how they do it, as long as they do it both tastefully and creatively, and with respect to the idea of whether we were a good or bad character. If we saved the boy because of Alastair, or because we wanted to, it doesn't matter. The fact that we did it is what matters. Asking for anything more than that is exactly what makes Bioware roll their eyes and call you an entitled, whiny fan.

Motivations have everything to do with your actions.  And I'm not asking Bioware to include every single variant of Warden into the game.  But you're asking for a very specific Warden to show up; a Morrigan romanced Warden who went through the Eluvian.  That's asking much more than my request to leave the Warden out entirely.  His or her story is done.

Can't see it happening. Way too many combinations of endings, races, sexes and PC->Morrigan relationships out there. You are basically asking for some unique you-tailored content that'd reward you for picking the choises that felt right to you.

Inevitable eventual death is only thing all of our wardens have in common really. His/her grave or memorial shrine or such is most likely way for you to ever meet your warden I wager. Just like OP, I'd much like to meet a Warden tailored after  my alignment, my Morrigan relationship, my ending, my race, class, spec, my etc. For some reason I seem unable to seriously demand or hope for this to happen though:o

Also, I'm willing to bet broken cd#5 of my Baldur's Gate that DA3 takes place approx. 20 years after events of DA:O. It takes 20 years for demonbaby to grow into hot sexy LIable LI to LI (< - My fears, not hopes)

Oh of course, just being a boss wouldn't work, but I mean as like a follower to Morrigan, so each time you encounter her, maybe he's with her kinda thing. And they have extra dialogue for that situation, etc.

Plus, yes the god child is totally a controvercial topic to some who didn't take it, but damn, it's not unlikely for her to just do it elsewhere via some kind of magical plot device. :P

I think NOT doing anything about it, would be wasted potential.

Which would be defining the Warden as a character.  And not satisfy anyone, really.

He is a character. I'm sure you're not the same person you were 5 years ago, and the same goes for the Warden. It's been 10 years, or maybe more by the time DA3 starts. So really, who knows how much has changed. And personally, I don't mind having him in a defined role.

So you'd have no problem with your Warden being 100% opposite what you played it as, since, as you say, it's been a long time, and people change, etc etc.  What if your Warden had to be made into a Male from a Female?  Do people really change that much in 10 years?Posted Image

They only have to factor in certain aspects. Whether you're male or female, and if you were a good guy or bad guy, judging by your choices. Though, technically you're good in general, just because a majority of the choices weren't so black and white.

As for the people who didn't romance Morrigan, it's very simple. When you meet Morrigan, he's either with her, or he's not. Either way, they said he's going to make an appearance. So, if he romanced Morrigan, I want to see him with her.

Race
Gender
Dark Ritual yes/no
Dark Ritual with Warden yes/no
Go through Eluvian yes/no

That's all they need, and they have those import flags or whatever they're called when importing a save to DA2.

If they follow the above, they can just ignore one tiny little thing, and that's Wardens who decided to stab her, because then they can easily create content that matches everyones different combination of choices. Quite honestly even though the option is there I seriously can't see why anyone would stab Morrigan anyways o,O

Actually, she never said it would be a baby. It's a god child, and could be a full adult at 10. Or heck, it could be a full adult at 1, as scary a thought as that is.

I'd rather not have Bioware waste the resources into developing what would likely be a half-baked cameo on the scale of the DA2 companions. People already complain about Zevran, Leliana, and Alistair and we're going to have Bioware do the same with the Warden? It would do more harm than good. There's more important things I'd rather have them work on.

Have you considered that they'd learn from those mistakes?

I adore the Morrigan character but with so many variables I can't see anything satisfying for Warden/Morrigan romancers

I think you're missing the point here:

As soon as the Warden speaks, there will be 300 people on here with; that's not the way I imagined my Warden to sound/act.
As soon as the Warden does something, there will be 300 people here with; that's not what my Warden would have done.

Note this is the tip of the iceberg, and 300 is likely a vast understatement of initial reaction.  This is why this scenario rarely works, it's not always due to presentation, but perception of that presentation, and expectations of how the character should sound/act.

Yeah, Zevran's look bothered me too. He should have looked just as good, if not better than Fenris.

I would hope so, hence why they shouldn't bother implementing the Warden with an unsatisfying cameo.

I've never figured out how to go into the gate with Morrigan, even with characters I romanced her with.  She always says she "can't do that to me" when I try to go with her.  I've murder knifed her more times than I can count though.

Unforgivable? :\\

I thought cheating on Liara made for  a good story. The Middle Act, when the character faces a sort of downfall and period of soul searching. My Shepherd thought he found a new place with Cerberus for awhile.. and so, got in touch with it's members a bit more closely. Everyone makes mistakes, right?

I really want the to continue that story. It seems a bit more videogamey than a boring war between the mages and the templars.
