Unfortunately  it looks like my game ending is messed up in some stange way.
When my game character kills the dragon, after the funeral scene (Redcliff)  no end dialog, no credits etc. is shown.

I'm in a messed up map called funeral. Talking to any character there
leads to a cutscene where the view is distorted (view from inside that
character), after the dialog I'm far outside the map inside the water.
No way to walk back, no way to access the map to go elsewhere. And I
guess no chance to play future DLC.
If I send Alistair to kill the dragon it's a bit better, getting credits, but after that I'm back in the post-coronation room
and no access to the map again to go to the camp  and no way to play the DLC from the camp.
Anyone else had that problem? Any way to solve that and continue tp play  other DLC add-ins?
