After completing the quest in Haven, the Iron Chest in the store cannot be opened.  I've tried going at it with max ranks in the mechanical talent and a high cunning, and have seen mentioned several places that it should be unlocked after quest completion.  Am I just doomed not to get the sweet creamy nougat center of that chest?
