Rogue archer?

Looking for my next character to build a rogue archer. Plan on sticking with longbow and making traps and being the lockpicker for the group. How important is str with the longbow relative to dex or should they be about even? How high will my cunning have to be to get locks open/how many skill levels in lockpicking do I need to take? Thanks for any help, Just hate the idea of leaving any lock unopened

My last Caharcter was a Rogue Archer.
Loved playing her, cunning at 30 with max lockpicking skills to open 'everything'
I also went longbow, though it doesnt appear to matter on dps whether you use long or short.
I always like my characters (even ranged) to have a good con, str for med armour, the rest I threw in dex. She had no problems staying alive and killing stuff

If you take Lethality, you don't need STR with Bows.
I believe it was 24 Cunning with max levels in lockpicking ? I seem to remember that number popping up.

Its 30 trust me.
Without 30 there are a few doors/chests you simply cannot get into:

If your going to be a longbow, dont even try str...it useless and sad.
If your going to be a cross-bow, you have to have a little bit.
and if your the main character, you should have 20 cunning for your lockpick and all the other things, if not, dont bother
