Typhoon.. I stopped counting credits after spending over 50 million for it and the Harrier.   Harrier 1&2 dropped somewhere around 49 million..  

Then I maxed out the havoc and ghost turians in two days.... It took another day to get the Volus engi and Adept.. Get the Raider to 10, and the Argus to 10.. But still no Typhoon... I'm getting more U/R's just not my typhoon...

I haven't seen another BW or Wraith ever since getting them both to level II within the first month.

Vorcha soldier - it was in the DLC before the one before the last one! But i did get the Turian ghost in the first pack i bought after the latest DLC came out.

Original female human Adept character cards.  I have been playing since launch and got all common, uncommon characters maxed and I'm starting to max out rare characters but I still have not receieved a single female human Adept card.

Ha! There are worse things to be missing (like a Krogan Shaman)...No offense to those that love that build, I just can't connect with it. The best part of playing as a Vorcha is the dialogue...they are funny in a  completely primal sort of way...to each his own, I guess because there is no shortage of players using Vorcha.

Aside from the newest characters, the one thing that has me scratching my head is that I don't have the Wraith...I have every other UR, most pretty buffed up (Indra X, Paladin IX, tons in the 6-7 range) but no Wraith???? I have noticed that I get upgrades to weapon classes I am not using at the time...just from observation (ex. I use Paladin I get mostly AR upgrades...I use Harrier I get SR upgrades) based on that admittedly flawed logic, thinking I may need to switch to SMG to try and unlock...

No Cerberus Harrier or any krogan. I have one of every species/type except a krogan and I've been through a ton of PSPs.

Kroguard, as well as all the N7 classes I actually want to play (Shadow, Slayer, Demolisher). Also I only unlocked the Geth Infiltrator a week ago.

I've been playing since the game released, and I still don't have the Krogan Sentinel.

Also don't have the Black Widow, but that's less surprising, because it's an ultra rare instead of just a rare.

 I still don't have my N7 Slayer which is the only one I want from Earth DLC. RNG has seen fit to award me two Volus adept cards.<_<

The Hurricane and Javelin are the only two I've not gotten for a long time, although the Turian Ghost may be up there with them unless I get him soon.

Shotgun HV barrel. While I extensively use shotgun, on non-cooldown krogans too. I know it's a mod but still.
