Why have blocked my account after one game that has made a huge score in the game for me, where is the violation of the terms and conditions, because I won the game and I have become a huge expense, where is the violation?

You're asking the wrong people. It's mostly just your fellow gamers here and we wouldn't have a clue why your account's been blocked. Have you contacted EA Support and asked them?

Ask the developers why your account's been suspended? I don't think they would have any more knowledge on that issue than your fellow gamers. The developers just develop the game, they don't deal with account issues as far as I know. You might get hold of them occasionally in the ME3 forums but you need an account with a registered copy of ME3 to post there, which I guess is what's been blocked. That leaves you back with EA Support. I know you've said they haven't answered but really they're the only option, I think. Persevere or try another means of contacting them, e.g. Live Chat..
