Im playing on ps3. i went to the dirty back alley on a previous quest before i accepted back alley justice...thugs were there so i killed them. i then accepted back alley justice a while later but the other back alleys didnt show up...they later became asvailable through other quests but once venturing there one of the locations has no thugs to defeat...i have done a few playthroughs and never experienced this problem. i can no longer complete the quest?...any ideas on how to fix without having to restart whole game?

I'm not sure, but I think I read that if you go there before accepting the quest you won't be able to finish the quest.

Yes, that quest is bugged. I didn't have the third group of bandits show up on either of my first two playthroughs. (Dirty Back Alley group, I think). Only worked after I started the quest on the board before going there... sigh.

Same here. At least I now know it's a bug that spans across PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.
